Job summary

NextEra Energy is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of AI-powered products within the NextEra Analytics organization. You will define and deliver solutions applying advanced analytics to improve operations across large-scale environments.

You will partner with business stakeholders, engineering, and data science to understand user needs, prioritize opportunities, and bring products from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with NextEra’s goals and market opportunities
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to drive product initiatives and deliver best-in-class solutions
• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure the product meets and exceeds their expectations
• Lead Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks related to product development
• Provide regular updates to leaders and stakeholders on product progress, key achievements, and strategic direction
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
