Job summary

NextEra Energy’s NextEra Analytics seeks a Product Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of AI-powered products within a large-scale energy analytics environment. You will partner with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to translate user needs into production-ready solutions, prioritize opportunities, and guide products from concept to launch, measuring impact with clear KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years experience in product management or similar role.
• Experience delivering AI-powered or data-intensive products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, and other teams to deliver initiatives.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand needs and gather feedback.
• Lead Agile processes including sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
• Define and track KPIs to measure product success.
