• Experience representing critical customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization and planning.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI product strategy across the Tech Deployment lifecycle, leveraging GenAI and ML to build innovative products and workflows.
• Translate complex AI/ML capabilities into intuitive product experiences with clear requirements.
• Drive responsible AI practices meeting quality, fairness, and safety standards while delivering value.
• Work with engineering to develop AI products, evaluate model performance, and manage development cycles.
• Translate new model capabilities into shippable features meeting technical and quality standards.
• Partner with engineering, applied science, and design to ship a roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for AI products and post-launch impact.
• Balance near-term delivery with creating a durable, scalable platform.
• Communicate progress from detailed reviews to executive narratives and demos.
• Stay current with AI/ML trends and opportunities to enhance the roadmap.
