Job summary

Amazon Robotics’ Tech Deployment (TD) team is seeking a senior product manager – technical (PM-T) to lead AI tools and insights across the deployment lifecycle. This role focuses on AI-enabled products that support internal project managers, installers, and data-driven decisions for scalable automation.

You will partner with engineering, applied science, and design to shape a roadmap, define success metrics, and push for responsible AI practices while balancing near-term delivery with a durable

Qualifications

• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience representing and advocating for customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6+ years of technical product or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI product strategy across the Tech Deployment lifecycle, leveraging GenAI and ML to build innovative products and improve workflows.
• Translate AI/ML capabilities into intuitive product experiences, defining requirements balancing feasibility, user needs and business impact.
• Drive responsible AI practices ensuring quality, fairness, and safety while delivering business value.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop AI products and evaluate model performance.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for AI products and post-launch impact.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align roadmaps and outcomes.
