Job description

The Amazon Tech Deployment (TD) PACE (Product, Analytics and Customer Experience) team within S&O (Strategy and Operations) Organization is seeking a senior product manager – technical (PM-T) to drive customer relationship and product strategy. This PM-T will focus on AI Tools and Insights, that facilitate the organization in making data driven bar raising decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the best engineers in the industry and shape the direction of one of the world’s largest robotics driven fulfillment networks.

TD is a multifaceted organization composed of teams which invent for rapid scaling of complex technical solutions, develop products for industrial equipment automation, and provide business intelligence analytics and tooling. These hardware and software tools improve deployment quality, cost, speed and add features that reduce complexity for ease of use and operational excellence.

The focus of this Sr. PM-T role is the software products, systems, tools, and AI Agents used to manage deployment of Amazon fulfillment center technology globally. These software products are leveraged by Amazon internal project managers, Amazon internal program managers, and internal and external installers. The scope of these products include functionality such as: project initiation, project planning, project execution, project monitoring & control, project budgeting, mobile application access, standard work instruction, task automation, and accessibility. The products standardize, track, and enables automation in deployment execution which improves reliability and repeatability of Amazon’s deployment and testing processes.

In TD, our Sr. PM-Ts are expected to listen attentively and speak candidly. Those conversations start with our customers and work backwards to collaborate with our development teams in the TD organization. Our PM-Ts seek data and diverse perspectives and use that insight to respectfully challenge decisions. We push ourselves and our development teams to accomplish more with less. We think big and do not sacrifice long-term value for short-term results.

Your success as a TD Sr. PM-T will be measured on ROI (known internally as entitlement), customer satisfaction, and attainment of the product’s committed benefits.
