Job summary

Qualified Health is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to own the connected core of our platform: data, analytics, evaluation, and governance. You will coordinate across data, analytics and governance teams to ensure the data layer and dashboards meet customer needs while staying compliant in healthcare.

You will own contracts between teams, write acceptance criteria before build, and drive reusable data pipelines and KPI catalogs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 6+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to articulate data architecture tradeoffs to engineers.
• Experience with AI/ML evaluation or model quality.
• Experience with enterprise data integration; healthcare data standards exposure.
• Experience shipping products in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions with partial information.
• Willingness to be onsite in Palo Alto 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap for data and analytics products within the platform.
• Map analytics questions to source systems and own architecture decisions.
• Turn per-customer data builds into reusable data products.
• Define generalization requirements for scored and modeled outputs.
• Write complete acceptance criteria before work commits to a sprint.
• Vet customer-facing KPIs and own the metrics catalog end-to-end.
• Own cost observability as a product: models and workflows priced.
• Define evaluation gates and governance as reusable platform capability.
• Partner with data platform and analytics leads to establish ownership contracts.
• Navigate HIPAA and data privacy constraints as product constraints.
• Onsite collaboration with Palo Alto teams 3 days/week.
