Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for AI features.
- Lead discovery to define user needs and business cases.
- Partner with engineering, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders.
- Drive AI agent and chatbot initiatives across channels.
- Translate strategy into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Measure outcomes and tie initiatives to KPIs.
- Support launches, releases, and post-launch analysis.
