Thoropass, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a high-impact AI product area that automates evidence review for auditors.

You’ll work with engineering to shape requirements, define feature success metrics, and drive end-to-end delivery of AI-powered capabilities that reduce audit hours. You will collaborate with design, data science, and customer teams to craft and prioritize features, manage roadmap, and measure impact on adoption and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of product management or a comparable discipline.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered product features, including defining quality bars and evaluation frameworks.
• Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes (adoption, hours saved, quality).
• Comfort making product decisions under model uncertainty, balancing automation with human review.
• Software engineering background or strong tech architecture understanding.
• Ability to empathize with customers and prioritize high-impact features.
