Job summary

airSlate is hiring a Principal AI Product Manager to shape SignNow 2.0. You will own AI-native agreement experiences from discovery to launch, partnering with engineering, data, design and GTM teams. You will focus on reliable, transparent, and user-controlled AI solutions while driving measurable business impact.

You will work across a global team, influence strategy, and lead initiatives that balance customer value with long-term product direction in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience in high-growth or large-scale SaaS companies.
• Proven product ownership: experience leading products or initiatives from concept to launch and measurable impact.
• AI product expertise: hands-on experience shipping AI-powered products with judgment around LLMs, agentic workflows, reliability and cost trade-offs.
• Strong product discovery and problem-solving skills: engage customers, uncover problems, validate opportunities, translate to requirements.
• Strategic product thinking: identify market opportunities, prioritize, connect short-term execution with long-term strategy.
• Exceptional strategic communication and influence: turn ideas into clear narratives, build alignment across stakeholders.
• Strong technical fluency: work with engineering, evaluate trade-offs, define technically feasible requirements, analyze metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-native agreement experiences.
• Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
• Reimagine workflows with intelligent, agentic experiences prioritizing reliability, transparency and user control.
• Define requirements and collaborate with engineering to evaluate technical trade-offs and scalable execution.
• Engage customers and conduct market discovery to validate hypotheses and opportunities.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, adoption, revenue potential and ROI.
