Job summary

airSlate is building the next generation of SignNow with AI-native experiences. As Principal AI Product Manager, you will own end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, and shape the strategy for AI-enabled agreement workflows.

You will partner with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to turn bold ideas into measurable impact, emphasizing reliability, transparency, and user control while scaling with a global customer base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end product management experience in high-growth or large-scale SaaS environments.
• Proven ownership: led products or major initiatives from concept to launch with measurable impact.
• Hands-on AI product experience with judgment on LLM capabilities, agentic workflows, quality, cost and performance trade-offs.
• Strong discovery and problem-solving: engage customers, validate opportunities, translate into requirements.
• Strategic thinking: identify opportunities, differentiate product stance, prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication to influence across technical and business stakeholders.
• Technical fluency: understand architecture, evaluate trade-offs, and define feasible requirements.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and ability to move from ideas to execution.
• Hands-on and experimental: prototype ideas, test assumptions, and continuously learn.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-native agreement experiences.
• Own the full product lifecycle from problem discovery to launch and adoption.
• Reimagine workflows with intelligent, agentic experiences emphasizing reliability and user control.
• Define product requirements and work with engineering to evaluate trade-offs and enable scalable execution.
• Engage customers and identify market opportunities; validate hypotheses through research and prototyping.
• Prioritize initiatives based on value, adoption, revenue potential and ROI; measure success with clear metrics.
• Turn complex ideas into clear narratives; align stakeholders and drive decisions across functions.
• Take ownership, remove blockers, and move quickly from ideas to measurable outcomes.
