Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a proven product leader to own the AI-powered experiences that drive service quality and retention in a large-scale marketplace. You will shape the AI product roadmap, collaborate with engineering and design, and deliver autonomous AI-enabled workflows that improve both consumer and service professional experiences.

The role requires hands-on experience with production chatbots and evaluating AI performance, with a focus on safety guardrails and scalable QA processes.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of product management experience, with 3+ years launching AI products.
• Experience managing consumer-facing products in B2C/B2B environments.
• Hands-on experience with production chatbots or conversational AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI product direction to improve service quality, efficiency and retention in the marketplace.
• Lead development of conversational AI experiences that complete real-world tasks (booking, rescheduling).
• Design escalation processes between AI and human support while preserving context.
