You will own multiple workstreams, draft engineering-ready specs, and collaborate with engineering, design, and data science to implement AI workflows across the MCFL suite.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in product management with leadership experience.
• Experience taking AI/data-driven products from ambiguity to production.
• Ability to write engineering-ready specs and lightweight designs.

Responsibilities

• Owns direction for multiple concurrent workstreams translating strategy into sequenced plans.
• Writes engineering-ready specifications, acceptance criteria, and lightweight designs.
• Sequences dependencies across parallel tracks and clears blockers.
• Partners with engineering, design, and data science to shape AI workflows.
• Defines APIs and interfaces for clients and internal use.
• Works with platform, data, and interface teams to ensure integration with standards.
• Engages with clients, demos, gathers feedback, and shapes partnerships.
• Defines tests and data quality checks to guard scope creep.
