Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience translating business needs into engineering-ready requirements and user stories.
• Strong AI tool experience to streamline workflows and enable responsible AI use.
• Experience partnering with software engineering, analytics, and design teams.
• Experience with backlog management and agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Translate product vision and business requirements into engineering-ready user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable delivery outcomes.
• Take ownership of product analysis deliverables from discovery through implementation, proactively identifying risks and driving follow-through across teams.
• Work directly with end users and business partners to understand needs, validate requirements, and deliver quality products and data.
• Leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency of product analysis and collaboration.
• Maintain an evergreen product roadmap and prioritized backlog to ensure high-value work and clear delivery timelines.
• Apply technical acumen when partnering with software engineering and analytics teams to resolve delivery challenges.
• Lead with curiosity and foster innovation, collaboration, inclusion, and accountability in AI use.
