Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager to foster a federated PM community across the firm. You’ll define standards, coordinate best practices, and ensure delivery excellence for AI-enabled products.

In this role, you’ll partner with PMO, design, engineering, and architecture teams to develop PRDs, backlogs, roadmaps, and metrics. You’ll champion agile practices and customer discovery to drive strategic product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with lifecycle experience.
• Experience with AI-focused or tech-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Foundational AI knowledge and AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PM playbooks, standards, and guidance.
• Facilitate communities of practice and engagement rituals.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with PMs to surface insights and success stories.
• Partner with design, engineering, and architecture enablement.
• Create onboarding materials for the PM community.
• Develop PRDs, business cases, and feature specs.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog.
• Define success metrics and KPIs using customer feedback.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver customer-centric products.
• Support release planning and GTM readiness.
