Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Product Manager to lead federated PM practices, define shared standards, and connect PMs across the firm. You will partner with design, engineering, and architecture enablement to deliver customer-centric AI-enabled products throughout their lifecycle.

You will develop PRDs, roadmaps, and KPIs, mentor teams, and support release planning and GTM readiness. A strong background in software, AI, and Agile methods is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management work experience with a proven track record of launching and managing products.
• Experience in AI solutions or technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud platforms, data pipelines).
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Passion for innovation and understanding of AI/tech market trends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Ops Lead to develop and maintain product management playbooks and standards.
• Facilitate communities of practice and engagement rituals for PMs.
• Support federated teams in applying consistent delivery practices.
• Coordinate with service line PMs to surface insights and success stories.
• Build partnerships with design, engineering, and architecture enablement leaders.
• Develop onboarding materials for the PM community and promote best practices.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer needs and timelines.
• Define product success metrics and KPIs using customer feedback and data.
