Job summary

Arize AI seeks a frontend engineering leader to craft the UI and tooling that visualize and monitor AI models on a scalable SaaS platform. You will work primarily with React and TypeScript, delivering rich data visualizations and robust front-end features.

You will design APIs and domain models for ML workflows, collaborate with product and design, and contribute to architectural decisions for scalable client-side systems and AI agent integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend experience with external user-facing UIs, preferably React and TypeScript.
• Experience debugging complex systems in a team environment.
• Interest in AI/LLM ecosystem and eagerness to learn emerging technologies.
• Experience building and operating highly complex, high-volume SaaS platforms.
• Strong product ownership to push features over the line.
• Passion for creating beautiful UX with the end user in mind.

Responsibilities

• Write maintainable, scalable code across the stack in TypeScript and React, with opportunities to use Python and Go.
• Design and build APIs and domain models for ML/LLM workflows.
• Create performant, reusable React components used across the app.
• Research and implement visualization and dimensionality reduction algorithms in a distributed environment.
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer engineering teams to expand offerings.
• Contribute to the build of in-house AI Agents.
• Lead architectural decisions for new and existing features with backend teams.
• Participate in design and code reviews and document technical decisions.
