Job summary

Pearl Talent is seeking a Senior AI Product Engineer for a climate tech SaaS client. You will own end-to-end feature delivery, integrating AI/LLM tools and working across the full stack in a fully remote, async-first setup with teams in Europe and the Americas.

You’ll translate business outcomes into technical plans, maintain clear communication, and overlap with US/Austin and CET hours. Strong seniority and hands-on leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a senior or founding-engineer capacity.
• Demonstrated track record independently owning features end-to-end at an early-stage company.
• Full-stack development experience with ability to work across the stack as needed.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM-assisted development tools into daily engineering work.
• Experience working in fully remote, distributed engineering teams using async-first practices.
• Availability to work hours overlapping US/Austin afternoons and CET mornings (min 4-hour daily overlap).
• English proficiency at C1+ (CEFR).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of product features from ambiguous outcome to production-ready code.
• Write clean, scalable, production-grade code across the stack as needed.
• Integrate AI/LLM tools to accelerate development cycles.
• Build features supporting real-time, component-level data processing and reporting.
• Translate high-level business outcomes into concrete technical approaches and execution plans.
• Collaborate asynchronously with Europe-based engineering teams and document technical decisions.
