This is a senior role with strong product judgment and a portfolio showcasing relevant work. The position involves launching multiple ventures, shaping early product decisions, and building a cohesive design system with engineers and strategists.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product design
• Experience taking products from zero to one
• Portfolio of work demonstrating design leadership

Responsibilities

• Set and hold the visual and interaction quality standard for the studio's products.
• Lead zero-to-one product design for new AI products, from blank canvas through first launch and iteration.
• Resolve hard parts: states, edge cases, and interaction details that make a product feel finished.
• Design AI workflows where outputs vary and require clear next steps and fallbacks.
• Prototype quickly to help the team learn what is real before overbuilding.
• Translate user observations and signals into product hypotheses and design decisions.
• Work with product strategists, researchers, engineers, designers, and venture leaders to turn ideas into testable products.
