Job summary

Lattice Partners is hiring an AI-focused product designer to own the end-to-end design process for multiple client projects. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with users and engage in all aspects of product ideation, UX, and UI design.

This role requires 3+ years of experience in product design, particularly with AI applications. You will have full ownership of design decisions and the freedom to innovate within a growing AI-native team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience in a professional environment.
• Ability to think through complex design problems and trade-offs.
• Collaborate directly with engineers to implement designs.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process including user research and product ideation.
• Interact directly with users to meet their needs rapidly.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, client meetings, and drive product direction.
