Job summary

Zendesk is seeking a Senior Counsel, Product (AI) to help govern AI‑driven product development and compliance. Qualified candidates may be considered for a fully remote role outside of office locations.

You will provide strategic legal guidance, shape AI strategy and regulatory compliance, support sales and marketing on AI trust matters, engage with regulators, and mentor the legal team as you partner with product and engineering to advance responsible AI at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience, with at least 3+ years in‑house.
• Licensed to practice law in your jurisdiction.

Responsibilities
