Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience, with at least 3+ years in-house at a tech company.
• Licensed to practice law in your jurisdiction.
• Experience advising AI/software product development teams.
• Experience applying EU AI Act, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance with risk‑calibrated advice.
• Shape AI strategy and regulatory compliance for AI software.
• Support sales and marketing with AI trust initiatives and compliance.
