• 8+ years of experience in-house or technology-focused law firms.
• JD and CA license to practice law.
• Ability to navigate regulatory, copyright, privacy and other AI-specific legal issues.

• Identify and mitigate product, regulatory, privacy, copyright risks.
• Develop scalable, creative legal strategies for AI offerings.
• Advise on AI policy positions and regulatory developments.
