ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Product Builder to own the end-to-end product loop for the Product and Inventory Experience domain. You will use AI tooling to discover, specify, prototype, and productionize features within the PIX system, aligning with data contracts and catalog/inventory workflows.

You will ship AI-driven prototypes, write precise specs for AI to implement, and measure outcomes with clear success metrics, reporting to a Director, AI Product Builder.

Competenze

• 5+ years of product management, product engineering, or equivalent experience with hands-on AI tool usage.
• Proven ability to write story/specs that AI tools can act on directly.
• Technical fluency to read data models and API contracts.
• Track record of shipping working prototypes or production code.
• Strong ownership: define metrics and kill thresholds at spec time.
• Experience in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, or ecommerce tech.
• Excellent written communication: write specs, not meeting notes.

Mansioni

• Own the full product loop end-to-end: discovery → story/spec → prototype → production PR → outcome measurement.
• Own the catalog and inventory data surface end-to-end: SKUs, variants, bundles, lots, channel sync.
• Run customer discovery and synthesize insights with AI tools.
• Demo to merchants and partners; understand architecture and data contracts.
• Use AI tools to analyze product metrics and define success thresholds.
• Maintain a prioritized roadmap and synthesize competitive intelligence.
• Write clear story/specs and review AI-generated code before PRs.
• Set hypotheses with kill thresholds and decide rollout or kill at day 7.
