Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Product Analyst to join our expanding Product Analytics team and partner with the AI group on Grafana Assistant, Investigations, and AI observability. You will shape how success is measured, design experiments, and translate findings into actionable product insights.

You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data partners to drive metrics, dashboards, and instrumentation that enable reliable analysis of AI features at scale.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and data modeling for product analytics.
• Experience defining success metrics for AI-powered features.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling to non-technical audiences.
• Familiar with dbt, Git, and modern analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to establish top-level KPIs, dashboards, and roadmaps.
• Define success metrics for AI-powered product experiences, including adoption, engagement, quality, and retention.
• Instrument product data and enable reliable analysis of AI features and workflows.
