Grafana Labs, the open observability company, is seeking an AI Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and ship AI-powered features that handle large datasets and improve analytics across the platform.

You will iterate rapidly, prototype with real users, integrate agentic workflows with internal tools like Slack and alerting, and collaborate across teams to ship scalable, production-grade software.

Qualifications

• Experience with LLMs, context engineering, and building GenAI-powered applications.
• Proven track record of delivering software that reached production and is used by customers.
• Experience in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with observability tools to understand and troubleshoot systems.

Responsibilities
