Premier Professional Systems, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Counsel III (Privacy, Digital Risk, and Cybersecurity) to advise on privacy, cybersecurity, and digital governance.

You will translate regulatory requirements into scalable processes, and collaborate with IT, security, and business teams across Premier. The ideal candidate is proactive, business-minded, and capable of leading governance programs while partnering with outside counsel to handle specialized contracts and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of applicable legal experience in privacy, cybersecurity, or digital risk
• Juris Doctorate and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Advise on privacy, cybersecurity, and digital risk compliance with laws and frameworks
• Provide practical, risk-based guidance to business teams and IT security
• Draft and negotiate privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection provisions in commercial agreements
