Job summary

Humanz Ltd. is seeking a senior, full-cycle closer to own the inbound revenue motion in the US. You will manage the process from discovery through contract and handoff to execution, with an emphasis on data-backed decisions and minimal reliance on cold outreach.

You will work from our NYC office, closing complex services deals in the creator economy, agencies, and performance marketing spaces, using advanced sales tooling and live discovery calls.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years closing complex services deals (agency, media, production, or creator-economy).
• Fluent in performance marketing and able to discuss CPA targets, LTV, ROAS, budgets, and incrementality.
• Understanding of the creator economy, rights, and compliance in health/finance categories.
• AI-fluent and measurement-focused, with data-backed coaching.
• You own pipeline hygiene and end-to-end process as the system operator.

Responsibilities

• Run inbound discovery calls using a data-backed playbook and qualify effectively.
• Scope and present live campaign proposals from full-service to UGC tiers.
