Job summary
Caylent is seeking a senior product management professional for an AI consulting and organizational transformation role. You will run product workstreams across enterprise engagements, prototype builds, and client enablement, embedding in client product and engineering teams from kickoff through handoff.
You will leverage Anthropic/Claude tooling, lead PDLC redesign, and coach PMs to operate as strategic orchestrators of AI-enabled development, with up to 50% travel.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in product management, including client-facing or consulting work
- Experience shaping discovery, PDLC design, and spec practices on client engagements
- Experience using AI-enabled product workflows and agentic tooling
- Strong facilitation skills in sessions with product and engineering stakeholders
- Ability to write clean, executable specs for engagements
- Technical fluency to discuss feasibility and handoffs with engineers
Responsibilities
- Lead the product workstream end-to-end on enterprise transformation programs
- Anchor product efforts in prototype engagements, shape delivery backlog, and write specs for MVP development
- Design PM training curricula and lead enablement sessions across engagements
- Surface expansion opportunities and advise on client product org needs next
