Job summary

FPA AI is seeking an AI Product & Transformation Lead to help executives decide where AI creates competitive advantage and to shape the operating model, roadmap, and adoption work required to scale.

You will guide cross-functional teams, translate strategy into concrete use cases and governance, and drive durable change across people, processes, and technology.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product leadership, management consulting, or enterprise transformation.
• Experience taking AI or data initiatives from strategy through adoption.
• Excellent executive presence, structured thinking, and written communication.
• A practical understanding of how technology, people, and process change together.
