Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years in project management, strong communication, and ability to partner with technical and business teams. This role emphasizes governance, security, and responsible AI within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to partner with technical and business teams to deliver technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs for delivery progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of AI platform initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate platform delivery plans, risks, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Support onboarding, implementation, and migration efforts for platform initiatives.
• Define and track delivery performance, adoption metrics, and risks, reporting to leadership.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business to ensure governance and security requirements.
