• 3–5 years of product management experience.
• Strong understanding of LLM-powered and agentic products from prototype to production.
• Experience building shared platforms or internal developer tools.
• Experience gathering needs from multiple stakeholders and sequencing work under constraints.
• Technical background in engineering, data science, analytics, or related field.
• Ability to translate complex tech into clear business decisions.
• Direct leadership style and willingness to take decisive actions.
• Ability to move quickly while upholding security and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform roadmap and translate AI Platform vision into a concrete plan.
• Scale reusable AI foundations including infrastructure, context-layer capabilities, and tooling.
• Understand builders' needs and unlock value across the portfolio.
• Identify high-leverage investments and focus the team on reusable capabilities.
• Stay current on AI trends and adjust strategy with evidence.
• Lead delivery with Agile, Data Science, and Engineering to meet timelines.
• Define rollout plans and observability signals to improve adoption and impact.
• Educate teams about the platform and foster broad adoption.
