84.51° in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the AI Platform domain. You will partner with Data Science and Engineering to define a scalable foundation that enables KPM teams to build trusted AI capabilities at scale, across platforms and workflows.

The role focuses on platform-as-a-service for enterprise agent development, governance, and observability, while driving reuse and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience.
• Strong understanding of how LLM-powered and agentic products move from prototype to production, including prompt and context design, RAG, orchestration, tool integration, evaluation frameworks, LLM observability, feedback loops, governance, and rollout.
• Experience building shared platforms, internal developer tools, or reusable capabilities where product and engineering teams are the primary customers.
• Experience gathering needs from multiple stakeholders, reconciling competing priorities, and sequencing shared platform work under resource constraints.
• Background in engineering, data science, analytics, or a highly technical product area, with the ability to go deep on architecture and delivery tradeoffs.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations for business and technical audiences.
• A humble, direct leadership style, comfortable saying “I don’t know,” and confident leading toward an answer.
• Ability to move quickly while respecting security, governance, and enterprise delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform roadmap: translate the AI Platform vision into a clear roadmap and define plans to move work forward.
• Scale reusable AI foundations: own shared agent infrastructure, context-layer capabilities, deployment patterns, tooling, and standards.
• Know your builders: partner with product and agent builders to understand how they work and where they are blocked.
• Pick the right bets: identify high-leverage platform investments and focus the team on shared capabilities.
• Lead with market-informed judgment: stay current on AI trends and adjust approaches accordingly.
• Ship with momentum: drive delivery with Agile Delivery, Data Science, and Engineering.
• Drive adoption, quality, and impact: define rollout plans, success measures, and observability signals.
• Enable the organization: educate teams on the platform and create forums/documentation to drive adoption.
• Communicate clearly and build trust: articulate plans, progress, risks, and decisions.
