Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Senior Manager to lead the AI Engineering Platform on Google Cloud, guiding strategy, engineering, and operations across the enterprise. You will drive reusable services, guardrails, and developer experiences to enable secure, scalable AI solutions.

You will partner with Architecture, Data, Security, and Product teams to define standards, accelerate AI delivery, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering enterprise-wide capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of related technology experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading engineering, platform, or technology delivery teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience building, operating, or modernizing cloud-based platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale technology initiatives in a complex, regulated environment.
• Experience developing and executing technology roadmaps and platform strategies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Experience operating secure and resilient services.
• Experience with software engineering, DevOps, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience driving observability and service reliability practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
• Proven track record building high-performing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Huntington's AI Engineering Platform on Google Cloud.
• Lead adoption and operationalization of Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise Platform capabilities.
• Establish reusable platform services, standards, and architectures across the enterprise.
• Drive platform governance, security, observability, and cost optimization.
