Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the AI Engineering Platforms on Google Cloud. You will define the strategy, drive adoption of Vertex AI and Gemini capabilities, and own platform services from governance to execution across the enterprise.

In this role, you will partner with architecture, engineering, data, security, risk, and product leaders to accelerate enterprise AI while ensuring security, resiliency, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of technology experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• 3+ years building or modernizing cloud platforms.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Experience roadmapping technology and platforms.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with software engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Huntington's AI Platform on Google Cloud.
• Lead adoption of Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise capabilities.
• Establish reusable platform services and reference architectures.
• Oversee agent development, model services, and knowledge retrieval.
• Drive platform governance, security, and observability.
• Ensure scalable, secure, compliant AI operations.
