Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Senior Manager to lead the AI Engineering Platforms on Google Cloud, shaping strategy, engineering standards, and shared services that empower teams to build and govern enterprise AI at scale.

You will drive adoption of Vertex AI, manage cross-functional engineering efforts, and ensure security, resiliency, and regulatory compliance while enabling faster AI delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
• At least 10 years of technology experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering or platform delivery teams.
• 3+ years building, operating, or modernizing cloud-based platforms.
• Experience driving technology roadmaps, platform strategies, and target-state architecture.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and strategic technology partners.
• Demonstrated ability to establish secure, resilient, and compliant services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Huntington's AI Engineering Platform on Google Cloud.
• Lead adoption and operationalization of Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise capabilities.
• Establish reusable platform services, standards, and reference architectures across the enterprise.
• Oversee platform governance, security, observability, and reliability practices.
• Drive platform operations, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across AI initiatives.
