You will champion Vertex AI, Gemini Platform and related services, build reusable accelerators, and drive governance, security, and observability across teams building AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 10+ years of technology experience with 5+ years in leadership of engineering or platform teams.
• Experience leading large, regulated technology initiatives and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and strategic partners.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, and security/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Huntington's AI Engineering Platform on Google Cloud.
• Lead adoption and operationalization of Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise Platform capabilities.
• Establish reusable platform services, standards, and reference architectures.
• Own platform capabilities including agent development, model services, knowledge retrieval, and memory/state management.
• Oversee governance, security, observability, and enterprise-scale reliability.
