Teradata is seeking a Senior Manager – AI Platform to lead the next‑gen platform powering autonomous AI agents. You will drive the engineering and data science roadmap, oversee a multidisciplinary team, and ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and production-ready across hybrid environments.

You will partner across product, research, and engineering to define capabilities like memory, planning, and multi‑agent orchestration, while shaping the long‑term vision for enterprise AI workloads at

Competenze

• 12+ years in software/platform engineering or data science.
• 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership overseeing AI initiatives.
• Distributed systems experience in production environments.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, LLM integrations, and data science workflows.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search in production.

Mansioni

• Lead the engineering and data science roadmap for the AI Platform.
• Partner with product, data science, research and engineering to define capabilities such as memory, planning, multi-agent collaboration, and tool orchestration.
• Design and implement core platform services including API gateways and data pipelines.
