Qualifications

• 12+ years in software/platform engineering or data science.
• 3+ years in engineering management or technical leadership.
• Proven experience building and scaling distributed systems or cloud platforms.
• Strong backend, APIs, infrastructure, or platform-architecture background.
• Hands-on AI/ML platforms, LLM integrations, data science deployment experience.
• Experience with vector databases and end-to-end data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering and data science roadmap for the AI Platform.
• Define requirements for capabilities like predictive modeling, memory, planning, multi-agent collaboration, and tool orchestration.
• Design and implement core platform services including API gateways, vector store integrations, RAG pipelines, and experimentation frameworks.
• Oversee integrations with third-party tools and data science services to scale agent execution.
• Guide cloud-native development, observability, and security practices.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing backend and data science team.
• Align platform capabilities with evolving AI product needs.
