Red Arch Solutions is seeking an experienced AI/ML Data Engineer to design and implement enterprise-scale data platforms powering vector search, RAG, and LLM-based applications. You will work with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable AI capabilities for government-grade solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in Python/SQL, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and data pipelines, with a focus on governance, traceability, and operational

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise AI/ML solutions.
• Experience architecting data platforms for AI workloads.
• Experience in cloud-native data systems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain enterprise-scale data platforms for vector databases, semantic search, and RAG.
• Establish data quality, lineage, and prompt/context traceability controls.
• Collaborate across data scientists, engineers, and cybersecurity teams to deliver production-grade AI capabilities.
• Communicate AI architecture impacts and risks to senior leadership.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across multiple organizations to maximize reuse and minimize duplication.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and incident response for AI data platforms.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to improve capabilities.
