Job summary

Campminder, LLC is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the AI Platform team. You will work with executives and product to build AI solutions for internal and external users, focusing on scalable AI tooling and agentic coding workflows.

You will partner with multiple teams to identify AI enablement needs, define measurable business outcomes, and drive best practices across the platform with high autonomy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools used by internal teams of varying skill levels and technical backgrounds.
• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, context engineering, and LLM evals.
• Experience building production AI observability, including prompt/input/output logging, token spend tracking, and regression evaluations.
• Experience extending or building on agentic coding tools for use in customer-facing development workflows.
• Excellent product judgment about where AI belongs in a product and where deterministic code is the better answer.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to identify areas at Campminder that would benefit most from AI enablement.
• Define clear business metrics to improve with AI, and enable teams to build AI-powered tools.
• Design AI platform and tooling to be used by internal engineers and external customers.
• Design AI best practices across Campminder and automate compliance.
• Collaborate with DevOps to roll out AI-first development and CI/CD flows.
• Mentor and collaborate across Campminder to empower teams with AI-powered tools.
