Job summary

ActiveCampaign is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the AI Transformation Hub in the United States. You will own core capabilities of our internal AI agent platform, design deployment patterns, and build reusable infrastructure that scales across teams, enabling production-ready AI agents.

You will partner with stakeholders, debug issues, and drive architectural decisions to make agent development reliable and secure at scale.

Qualifications

5+ years in software/platform engineering or related field.
Experience designing production-ready APIs/services.
Experience with cloud environments and deployment patterns.
Ability to troubleshoot complex infra and integrations.
Experience with AI-powered applications or agent architectures.

Responsibilities

Own the design and evolution of core capabilities within our internal AI agent platform.
Define and improve deployment patterns, shared services, and orchestration approaches.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate goals into scalable AI agent solutions.
Work hands-on with builders to debug issues and unblock development.
Build and maintain shared services, logging patterns, and data access approaches.
Spearhead observability, governance, reliability, and cost-aware usage.
