Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and APIs.
• Experience with cloud-native development, containers, CI/CD, observability, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and productionize AI-powered applications and experiences using Target's enterprise AI platform.
• Lead lifecycle from exploration and prototyping to architecture, development, deployment, and production operations.
• Mentor engineers, participate in code/design reviews, and raise engineering standards.
• Collaborate with product teams and other platforms to deliver scalable AI solutions.
