Job summary

You will lead the design and delivery of scalable AI capabilities across public and private cloud environments, shaping tooling, governance, and platform direction. You will mentor engineers, influence cross-functional decisions, and ensure reliability and security while accelerating AI-powered product delivery for Mastercard's

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building, and operating cloud-native platforms in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience delivering solutions across public and private clouds.
• Experience deploying containerized workloads with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Advanced software engineering and automation with Python.
• Led technical design and delivery of complex multi-team initiatives.
• Implemented CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and modern DevOps.
• Designed or supported production AI, ML, or data platforms.
• Deep understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle, deployment, and monitoring.
• Telemetry, monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational analytics expertise.
• Diagnose complex issues, lead root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and operation of enterprise AI platforms across cloud environments.
• Translate requirements into scalable platform solutions and approaches.
• Build AI/ML training, evaluation, deployment, and governance workflows.
• Drive repeatable, secure MLOps capabilities and development workflows.
• Ensure observability through telemetry, monitoring, and analytics.
• Collaborate with product, security, and governance teams to align with standards.
• Mentor engineers and advocate engineering best practices across teams.
