Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Lead AI Platform Engineer to guide architecture, engineering, automation, and operations for enterprise AI platforms. You will lead the technical design and delivery of complex capabilities, improve products and processes, and influence teams across engineering, security, architecture, and governance.

You will shape platforms, tooling, and observability, address scalability and governance challenges, and collaborate with product teams to accelerate AI-powered solutions

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building, and operating cloud-native platforms.
• Experience deploying across public and private clouds.
• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift and Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and operation of enterprise AI platforms.
• Translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Design and maintain AI systems for security, reliability, and performance.
• Own delivery across cloud environments and influence cross-functional decisions.
