Accenture seeks an AI Native Engineer with a strong background in building cloud-native AI agents for enterprise environments. You will design, deploy, and operate agentic workflows that integrate across multiple AI providers and platforms, shaping scalable AI-native engineering playbooks globally.

You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, leading workshops and delivering robust agentic solutions in complex environments while aligning with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of end-to-end software engineering and SDLC experience.
• 8+ years in cloud-native engineering, APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless.
• Proficiency in Python or Java; familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
• Production deployment experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
• Experience leading technical workshops and delivering under ambiguity.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and delivering Agentic AI solutions.
• 1.5+ years with semantic models, knowledge graphs, or enterprise knowledge.
• 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, RAG, workflows).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate Degree, 6+ years work experience.
• Bonus: Agentic AI Engineer in an Enterprise environment; enterprise-grade architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across AI providers to enable seamless integration.
• Leverage Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, and observability for scalable AI-native systems.
• Tailor and deploy agentic workflows across domains like finance, healthcare, and retail.
• Conduct design workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions with stakeholders to shape data-driven workflows.
• Define and measure agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost using evaluation plans.
• Craft reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices for internal assets and clients.
