Job summary

Glint Tech Solutions is seeking an AI & Platform Software Engineer to design, build, and operate production GenAI capabilities. You will work remotely in the USA or onsite in Buffalo, NY or Wilmington, DE with initial weeks on-site at the client office.

Ideal candidates bring GenAI experience, strong software fundamentals, and hands-on Azure AI Foundry and APIM expertise. You will collaborate across governance, architecture, and security teams in a fast-paced financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (CS/Engineering) plus 5+ years of software dev or 9+ years combined experience.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, API design, security, testing, CI/CD, and production ops.
• Hands-on GenAI models and AI-assisted development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and operate production capabilities hands-on.
• Leverage GenAI capabilities to accelerate delivery and SDLC automation.
• Work within SDLC gates, security standards, and evidence artifacts for gates.
