TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is building a one-stop AI platform for e-commerce, enabling end-to-end AI-native product development. The team focuses on model training, model service management, MCP/Skills/Tools integration, and AI orchestration to empower diverse business domains.

The role emphasizes leading design and operation of scalable ML systems, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing technical innovation to stay at the cutting edge of AI platforms and e-commerce applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building, training, and deploying complex and scalable Machine Learning systems.
• Strong CS foundation: algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
• Solid programming skills with understanding of Agentic AI and AI platforms like ChatBot, Rag, A2A protocols.
• Proven experience in managing technical projects and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to drive complex engineering efforts and align technical strategies.
