Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/ platform engineering or distributed systems experience with a technical bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years building AI software, integrating LLMs, or adding predictive analytics to production apps.
• Proven track record with LLM APIs & SDKs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, Bedrock) and practical prompt engineering.
• Strong skills in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect production-grade AI-driven software and agentic workflows.
• Build autonomous software agents to automate complex tasks and workflows.
• Integrate predictive analytics to monitor performance and spend in real time.
• Develop AI-driven observability and automated patching via LLM interfaces.
• Collaborate with Core AI/ML teams to translate frontier models into scalable services.
• Design RCA workflows with internal AI agents and diagnostics.
