Job summary

Confiz Limited is hiring a Senior Engineer for our AI Agentic Platform team in Seattle. You will design and build core platform capabilities, orchestrate agent workflows, and integrate LLM APIs with embedding models.

You will mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and partner with security and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, observable systems. The role requires 6+ years of software experience, strong Python/Java skills, and hands-on cloud-native development with AWS or GCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of designing and delivering complex, scalable distributed systems.
• AI Fluency — Hands-on with LLMs, foundation model APIs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and embedding-based search in production.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core AI Agentic Platform capabilities, including orchestration layers and tool-use pipelines.
• Own end-to-end solution design for platform components spanning multiple engineers’ work.
• Apply AI fluency to integrate LLM APIs, embedding models, and RAG patterns into platform services.
