Honeywell International Inc. is seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer - Agentic AI to join our Data Engineering, AI & ML Platform team in Atlanta on a hybrid basis.
The role focuses on building reusable platform components, SDKs, and patterns that enable teams to create, deploy, evaluate, observe, and operate production-grade AI agents and intelligent applications at scale. You will work at the intersection of software, AI platform engineering, Generative AI, MLOps, and enterprise data
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software/data/ML platform or AI engineering building production-grade systems.
- Strong Python API/service development, testing, packaging, and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud-native distributed apps, containers, CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering.
- Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including model serving and monitoring.
- Experience with LLM/agentic AI apps, RAG/grounding, integration of enterprise data sources.
Responsabilités
- Design, build, and operate scalable enterprise platform capabilities for AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Develop reusable services, SDKs, and patterns for agent development and tool integration.
- Create orchestration patterns using agentic AI frameworks, not tied to a single framework.
- Implement observability, monitoring, and explainability for agent decisions and model calls.
- Lead production-grade deployment, lifecycle management, and reliability improvements for AI services.
